EAVISION to Showcase Autonomous Drone Solutions for Complex Farming at Agrishow 2026

NEW YORK - As the global agriculture industry gears up for Agrishow 2026, one of Latin America’s largest agricultural exhibitions, EAVISION has announced its participation with a focus on real-world field challenges in Brazil. At the event, EAVISION will showcase its latest autonomous drone system, the J150. A live, interactive demonstration area will also give visitors a closer look at how precision agriculture is evolving in complex field conditions.

Farming Challenges in Brazil

Agriculture in Brazil has expanded rapidly in recent years, but operating in the field is far from straightforward. In many regions, farms stretch across uneven, hilly landscapes where traditional ground equipment struggles to maintain consistency. Dense crop canopies, particularly in crops like soybeans and sugarcane, make it difficult for treatments to reach lower layers and often result in uneven coverage.

At the same time, pesticide application remains a growing concern. Brazil is one of the world’s largest users of agrochemicals, with an average of around 3.2 kilograms applied per hectare. As usage increases, so do the risks tied to drift during spraying. In some areas, aerial and ground applications have led to off-target exposure, affecting nearby communities and raising concerns about both efficiency and environmental impact.

For many producers, the challenge is no longer just scale, but control. Maintaining consistent coverage across complex terrain while minimizing drift and waste has become increasingly difficult.

From Field Challenges to Smarter Operations

To address these challenges, EAVISION introduced its autonomous drone system, the J150. As it moves across uneven farmland, the drone adjusts to the terrain in real time, maintaining steady flight and consistent application even on hills and irregular ground.

In field conditions, such as hillside soybean farms after rainfall, ground equipment often struggles to maintain consistency. The J150 maintains controlled application across the canopy in these environments. The system maintains a consistent height above the crops, allowing droplets to spread more evenly and reach deeper layers in dense planting conditions. This improves overall coverage, while enhanced application control helps reduce pesticide drift, a persistent concern for both efficiency and environmental safety.

The system also extends beyond spraying into other field operations. It can be used to spread seeds, fertilizers, and other granular materials, helping maintain consistency across large or hard-to-reach areas. In regions where labor is limited or terrain restricts the use of machinery, it can also assist with transporting agricultural inputs, reducing the need for manual handling.

These capabilities translate into improved efficiency, reduced labor dependency, and more effective use of resources. Across crops such as sugarcane, soybeans, and fruit plantations in Brazil, the system supports more reliable operations under challenging conditions, with proven performance in global markets.

“Farming is getting more complex, especially in places like Brazil where terrain and scale make everyday operations more challenging,” said Dennis, Director of Operationsat EAVISION. “We’re focused on making technology work in real field conditions, helping farmers get more consistent results while using fewer resources.”

At Agrishow 2026, EAVISION will feature a dedicated demonstration area where visitors can experience the system firsthand. Distributors and partners are invited to visit the booth H3a and connect with the team, with meeting opportunities available in advance for those interested in exploring collaboration.
