Growth Co Marketing Acquired by Chapter One

MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 10, 2025 / Entrepreneurs Zain Yaqub, 25, and Owen Fitzgerald, 20, have successfully sold Growth Co Marketing, a B2B growth consulting firm, to Chapter One in a strategic acquisition. Chapter One is backed by seasoned executives from major tech companies including Uber, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google.

This transaction represents Yaqub's third successful company exit within a four-year period. "Growth Co Marketing was built using the same fundamental strategies that drove success in our earlier ventures," Yaqub explained. Track Record of Strategic Exits

Yaqub's entrepreneurial journey started with Advisor Appointments in 2019, a specialized marketing platform serving the financial services sector. The company assisted over 200 financial advisors in lead generation and client acquisition before Next Stage Ventures acquired it in 2021.

His subsequent company, ThinkFISH, served as a bridge between emerging startups, private equity firms, and potential investors through targeted digital marketing and strategic networking initiatives. The investment-focused platform served hundreds of international clients and maintained a workforce exceeding 40 employees before its successful exit in August 2023.

All three ventures shared common operational philosophies: maintaining lean organizational structures, implementing strategic outsourcing, and achieving sustainable growth without relying on venture capital investment. Yaqub has been transparent about his methods for building substantial teams while concentrating on revenue generation and executive-level strategy development.

Zain is also focusing on promoting marketing advice and lessons on Youtube, LinkedIn, and instagram.
