He was also a founding partner of Eventum Enterprise Solutions, a consulting firm where he applied his wealth management expertise to provide forward-looking solutions for clients.

Over his career, Mr. Kolb has helped lead teams through multiple market disruptions, including two market crashes, the 2008 financial crisis and other major financial milestones.
