Bradley Hisle Speaks Out on Burnout and Mental Clarity in Leadership

Founder of Pinnacle Health Group encourages small, daily habits to avoid silent burnout

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2025 / Bradley Hisle, founder of Pinnacle Health Group, is raising awareness about the long-term impact of burnout, especially among entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and emerging leaders. Drawing on his own experience building a business while battling silent fatigue and over analysis, Hisle is calling on professionals to shift their focus from hustle to presence.

"Burnout doesn't always look dramatic," says Hisle. "For me, it showed up quietly. I was still productive-but I was stuck. I wasn't thinking clearly, and I stopped trusting my own instincts."

According to the American Psychological Association, nearly 77% of employees experience burnout, and 1 in 3 managers report feeling overwhelmed and unsupported. In the startup world, founders face even higher risks due to constant decision-making, blurred boundaries, and internal pressure to scale quickly.

From Overload to Structure

Hisle built Pinnacle Health Group by leading with intention-but he admits early mistakes came from trying to do too much. "I thought I had to carry everything," he says. "That mindset nearly cost me the clarity I needed most."

His approach changed when he returned to the same habits that grounded him as a young boxer-routine, stillness, and discipline.

"Boxing taught me how to stay honest with myself," he explains. "You know right away if your head's not in it. You can't fake focus in the ring."

Call to Action: Small Habits Make the Difference

Hisle isn't advocating for big, expensive solutions. Instead, he encourages people to reclaim their focus and mental clarity through simple steps:

  • Start small: Take five minutes each morning without screens.

  • Protect your presence: Choose one hour a day where you don't respond to emails or notifications.

  • Train discipline: Reconnect with a physical or creative routine-boxing, walking, journaling, anything that creates space to reset.

  • Reflect daily: Write down what you did accomplish, not just what's left to do.

"Most of my best decisions happened before I felt fully ready," says Hisle. "You don't need to eliminate fear or doubt. You just need to move anyway-one clear step at a time."

Leadership Starts With You

Hisle believes the future of leadership is quiet, consistent, and deeply self-aware. "Success isn't loud," he says. "It's being respected by the people you lead. It's trusting yourself again."

As Pinnacle Health Group continues to grow, Hisle is staying focused on helping others grow too-not just professionally, but personally.

"Start with care," he says. "Stay consistent. The rest will follow."
