Jean-Louis Bouchard, Econocom International BV and Econocom Group SE crossed the 70% voting rights threshold upwards. Following an acquisition of voting securities or voting rights on April 22^nd, 2026, these persons hold 160,424,278 voting rights, representing a participation of 71.78%.
