She is also Co-Founder (Star Jones) of Instant Impact Group, a diversity and marketing consulting firm, and the author of an inspirational children’s book, “The Magic Happy Chair.”

Justine is a very active member of her community and industry. She is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of The Magnificent Mile Association and the Chicago Police Foundation. She is Commissioner of the SSA City of Chicago (Greektown), Chair of Chicago-Toronto Sisters Cities International (World Business Chicago) and past Chair of the City of Chicago Municipal Marketing Advisory Counsel, ADA25, as well as past member of many other prominent boards.
