Over the summer, families were welcomed into newly constructed homes at Fort Riley that include sleek cabinets, high efficiency appliances, luxury vinyl flooring and ample storage. Home sizes vary across installations and are able to cater to families of all sizes.

Resident and maintenance teams keep customer service at the forefront, which is reflected in high satisfaction scores on move-in and work order surveys prevalent across all installations. After each move in, a member of the resident management team regularly checks in on the new families to ensure a seamless transition to their new home. Maintenance teams are available to respond to both routine work requests and requests for emergency work orders, even after hours.
