PayJunction Appoints Scott Herriman as Vice President of Engineering

Herriman will accelerate the company’s mission to empower businesses through quick, easy-to-implement payment solutions

PayJunction, a leading tech-focused payments company, announced today that it has appointed Scott Herriman as Vice President of Engineering. This appointment strengthens PayJunction’s executive leadership as the company continues to rapidly grow and innovate its product capabilities.

As vice president of engineering for PayJunction, Scott will be responsible for leading PayJunction’s engineering team as they look to advance the company’s flagship No-code Payments Integration® platform, driving further innovations that expand PayJunction’s capabilities. Scott will also help the company establish sustainable and scalable engineering practices to ensure stable product delivery across its expanding development, cloud operations, information technology, and product teams.

“Scott brings an incredible track record of software development and engineering leadership to PayJunction,” said Randy Modos, President of PayJunction. “As we continue to expand our offerings, Scott’s SaaS payments expertise and experience building high-performing teams will be critical to our success. At PayJunction, we have always had a people-first mindset and this strategic appointment continues that commitment while helping to ensure we provide our partners and customers with easy-to-integrate solutions that meet their evolving payment needs.”

Scott most recently served as Director of Software Engineering at Procore Technologies where he successfully led multiple divisions through the company’s $10 billion IPO in 2021. Prior to Procore, he held Senior Vice President roles at FastSpring and Invoca. Throughout Scott’s career, he has led enterprise SaaS software, and cloud technology teams that have a reputation for high-performing product development through collaboration between the engineering, product, and design departments.

“I have long admired PayJunction’s human-first approach to payment processing, as it aligns with my passion for driving innovation that achieves the best outcomes for customers,” said Herriman. “This is a time of accelerated growth for PayJunction and I’m looking forward to working with team members across departments to create solutions that help expand our award-winning offerings.”

This news builds on a strong year of innovation for PayJunction, including the additions of Text to Pay and surcharging capabilities to its No-code Payments Integration® platform.
