Perseus Operating Group (“Perseus”) of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Matrix Sistemas e Serviços Ltda. (“Matrix”), a market leading provider of clinical lab information systems for the Brazilian healthcare sector.

The acquisition is the first for Perseus’ in Brazil, having already established a strong healthcare presence in the US, Canada, UK and the EU. Matrix marks Perseus’ 8^th acquisition in the healthcare industry. This acquisition will be placed in the newly formed Miram Solutions portfolio of Perseus (“Miram”). Miram also holds the Constellation Kidney Group, a leading provider of kidney care software solutions.
