ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: EMO) announced today that effective December 31, 2024, Chris Eades will retire and step down as a member of the Fund’s portfolio management team. The Fund will continue to be managed by ClearBridge Investments, LLC (“ClearBridge”) portfolio managers Peter Vanderlee, CFA and Patrick McElroy, CFA.
