D.A. Davidson & Co. has announced that its Investment Banking group has hired industry veteran Jason “Jay” Hernandez as Managing Director.

Hernandez has over two decades of experience in M&A and corporate finance working with private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, founder-owners, corporate executives, and institutional investors in Industrial Technology. He joins the firm from Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he led the global Industrial Technology practice covering Test and Inspection, Process Meters and Controls, and Robotics and Automation markets. Prior, he worked with Moelis & Company and Harris Williams & Co. as Managing Director.
