Carla Arellano joins InTandem as an Operating Partner leading Talent and Human Capital initiatives at InTandem and across its healthcare portfolio. Carla Arellano is a seasoned business builder skilled in translating business strategy into talent and organization strategy to accelerate value creation. Most recently, Carla was an Operating Partner at Greyhound Capital, a growth equity fund based out of London. Previously, Carla was a Partner in McKinsey’s People and Organization Practice and founding leader and COO of McKinsey’s OrgSolutions, serving clients on culture, organization design and talent. Under Carla’s leadership, OrgSolutions grew its top-line nearly 10x and the team from 20 to 200+ FTEs, serving 400+ clients annually. Carla holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She serves as an Ambassador to the Global Peter Druker Forum, leading research with the Forum on the evolution of management and leadership.

Stephen Sims has been promoted to Principal in recognition of his outstanding contributions to InTandem’s investment process. In addition to his vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, Stephen is a valuable partner to his colleagues and InTandem’s portfolio company leadership teams.

Jackson Monnin has been promoted to Senior Associate after demonstrating exceptional financial acumen and immediate impact on our investment execution and portfolio company performance. Jackson plays an important role across InTandem’s investment activities, and the Firm is thrilled to recognize his achievements with this promotion.
