Arrow Electronics Expands Managed Services Portfolio in North America to Complement Channel Partner AI Practices

Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW), a leading global technology provider, announced the expansion of its private label managed, professional and implementation services portfolio in North America. This expansion aims to assist channel partners with providing comprehensive solutions throughout the entire service lifecycle, addressing the growing demands for AI, cloud and security technologies.

Arrow's services portfolio is designed to tackle the key challenges faced by IT providers by addressing issues such as the shortage of specialized skill sets, the high costs of developing managed services platforms, and the need to maintain steady cash flow while achieving a higher return on investment.

The expanded managed services portfolio is heavily AI-focused, featuring solutions for management and maintenance of Large Language Models (LLMs), and full AI deployments, as well as individual AI services that range from use case discovery, readiness assessments, and creating minimum viable products, to app modernization and code-as-a-service. These additions build on existing services offerings for cloud, security and data center technologies, such as round-the-clock storage monitoring, secure cloud backup, networking and security enhancements, and cloud orchestration services to streamline operations and elevate performance.
