“I value the successes and achievements of all my colleagues and particularly enjoy when I have the privilege of congratulating our newly promoted vice presidents,” said CRA President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Maleh. “I am grateful for their many contributions to the firm, their service to clients, and their leadership. They represent the unique combination of expertise and experience that CRA clients rely on when dealing with complex challenges.”

Jonathan Blumenstein specializes in wage and hour litigation, pay equity audits, EEOC investigations, discrimination claims, contract disputes, and reductions-in-force. Additionally, Mr. Blumenstein’s expertise in healthcare makes him one of the firm’s leaders on matters involving healthcare payment disputes. He is adept at querying large, complex datasets and sharing his analysis using advanced visual platforms.

Sandra Chan leads the Second Request and Cloud Computing/Big Data services within CRA’s Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice. She has significant experience managing large-scale, complex projects. Recently, Ms. Chan has focused on healthcare M&A and has expertise in other industries and antitrust litigation, advising clients on antitrust liability and damages.

Dr. Martino De Stefano specializes in industrial organization, with a focus on both theoretical modeling and applied econometrics. His experience with horizontal and vertical mergers, antitrust litigation, damages, and regulatory proceedings spans a large number and variety of industries.

Dr. Matteo Foschi is an expert in global, multi-jurisdictional merger review, advising companies before the European Commission, UK’s Competition & Markets Authority, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE), Korean FTC, and multiple other agencies worldwide. He specializes in the assessment of cases involving multi-sided platforms, technology, and innovative sectors including AI, content streaming, gaming, digital advertising, online retailing, and others.

Adam Gailey specializes in financial services litigation and regulatory compliance. Since returning to CRA in 2012 following his PhD, he has worked on numerous DOJ and CFPB investigations, class-action lawsuits, and regulatory compliance cases. His cases typically involve providing statistical and economic analyses of large amounts of data. Dr. Gailey’s casework has involved the use of overdraft protection, indirect auto finance, redlining, and fair lending.

Adam Hart serves as an expert witness and provides digital forensics and incident response services to clients for high-profile cybercrime and data breach investigations. Mr. Hart’s extensive training includes analysis of computers, servers, email accounts, network devices, mobile devices, GPS devices, vehicle infotainment systems, cloud storage, social media accounts, and malware.

Dr. Zawadi Lemayian provides expert testimony on finance and accounting topics. Her expertise includes financial statement analysis, valuation, securities trading, and economic damages. She has testified in arbitration and depositions and conducted analysis across a wide range of industries, including natural resources, public utilities, consumer products, entertainment, social media, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, and technology.

Alex Stricker has more than 25 years of experience with consumer financial account and transactions data analysis, fair lending testing, credit risk analysis, credit scoring model development, and model validation.
