New video chat benefit allows AHS members with select plans access to live expert advice for home repair and maintenance issues through the AHS app

Frontdoor, Inc. launched the video chat with an expert feature through its Frontdoor app in 2023.

Video chat with an expert is available at no additional cost to ShieldPlatinum^TM and ShieldGold^TM home warranty members, as well as ShieldComplete^SM and ShieldPlus^SM real estate plan members. These four plans comprise about 87 percent of AHS’ approximately two million members.
