100% Fiber Internet Provider Receives $235M in Private Credit Financing led by Guggenheim Investments

Wire 3, a Florida-based, 100% fiber internet provider, announced today that the company has closed on a new private credit financing totaling $235 million, arranged by Guggenheim Investments (“Guggenheim”) on behalf of certain clients. Together, with commitments from Oak Hill Capital (“Oak Hill”), the company has raised more than $550 million, to-date, further accelerating Wire 3’s commitment to expanding Florida’s fiber internet infrastructure.

This opportunity positions Wire 3 to build upon its rapidly expanding footprint that deploys symmetrical upload and download speeds throughout seven Central Florida counties.

This transaction closed on July 2^nd. Paul Weiss served as the legal advisor to Wire 3 and Oak Hill in connection with the transaction. Paul Hastings served as counsel for Guggenheim.
