The Property, located at 6300 Southwest 24th Place, Davie, FL, is a high-quality, Class A community offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with an average unit size of 1,003 SF. Units feature walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryers, private balconies with lake views, and stainless-steel appliances.
