Tri Pointe is introducing 30 thoughtfully designed single-family homes at McCormick Trails, a tucked-away neighborhood bordered by 21 acres of protected natural space that gives many homes beautiful exposure to the surrounding forest. Located at 7311 SW Kerbin Ln, this new enclave blends modern living with the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Homes at McCormick Trails range from 2,809 to 3,311 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, and two- to four-bay garages. Homes are anticipated to start from the $700ks.
