Supply & Demand Chain Executive Names Three RXO Leaders as Recipients of 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award

By: via Business Wire

RXO (NYSE: RXO), a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, announced today that Heidi Ratti, Erica Knisely and Jayme Clarke were recognized as winners of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. This award recognizes top female supply chain professionals whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain.

RXO leaders have been recognized with this award every year since RXO became a standalone, publicly traded company in 2022.

“I’m thrilled that Heidi, Erica and Jayme have been recognized for their dedication and exceptional leadership,” said Drew Wilkerson, chairman and CEO of RXO. “Their contributions have made a real difference at RXO. Specifically, they have each helped successfully integrate Coyote Logistics over the past year, all while strengthening our culture and optimizing our company processes.”

Ratti is the chief human resources officer at RXO and was recognized in the award’s Trailblazers category. With more than 18 years of experience in transportation-related industries, Ratti’s influence extends far beyond traditional HR functions, making her a vital business partner who helps RXO lead in a rapidly changing industry. She played an instrumental role in guiding RXO through its acquisition of Coyote Logistics, successfully uniting the companies’ cultures. She also spearheaded the launch of an enterprise-wide career development program, creating clear growth paths for employees at every level. Ratti’s leadership has been crucial in navigating a challenging freight market, ensuring RXO maintains a skilled and resilient workforce as well as operational efficiency and effective cost management.

Knisely, director of learning and talent development at RXO, oversees leadership effectiveness and career planning programs and was recognized in the Workforce Innovator category. With more than 25 years of experience dedicated to learning and talent development, Knisely led the expansion of RXO’s career development programs to be accessible to all employees, not just leaders. Knisely created a volunteer community of RXO facilitators that leverages leaders from across the business to deliver course content and scale the company's training initiatives. Under Knisely’s leadership, RXO has developed an adept, engaged workforce at every level of the organization and has introduced artificial intelligence and gamification tools into its training programs to further motivate employees.

Clarke serves as director of strategic sourcing and was named to the Rising Stars category, which honors young professionals whose achievements and vision are shaping the supply chain network. Clarke played a significant role in unifying RXO and Coyote Logistics following the acquisition. She adapted models she had developed earlier in her career to create a formalized Strategic Sourcing function, which brought clarity and a unified approach to sourcing across the combined organization. Her leadership and focus on efficiency have been critical to the company's success during a time of significant growth and change.

“Every year, the award winners amaze me. Regardless of the disruptions, economic uncertainty, and other industry challenges, these women in supply chain winners are doing remarkable things for their communities, organizations and teams,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. “In correlation with the theme of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum, these female logistics leaders are rising up; they’re strengthening leadership pipelines, enforcing a people-first leadership approach, spearheading new product introductions, and transforming the way the industry views women in supply chain. I couldn’t be more proud of this year’s winners.”
