Team Bacon & Beef Brisket brings the rich taste of beef brisket, combined with smoky bacon goodness. Repped by the "winningest man in barbecue," Mixon is a five-time barbecue World Champion who has won more than 180 barbecue grand championships and over 1,700 trophies. He originally took up competitive barbecuing to promote his family's signature sauce. Mixon has appeared as a judge on the TV shows "BBQ Pitmasters," "Smoked" and "BBQ Pit Wars."
