Fix is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the field. She takes a holistic approach to care, supporting and motivating teams by focusing on each resident’s unique preferences and goals - a philosophy that has proven deeply rewarding throughout her career.

She has earned Advanced Standing credentials through the Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ) and collaborates with industry professionals as a member of the Tri-County Regional Ethics Committee. These experiences have fostered opportunities for creative problem-solving and meaningful collaboration in the senior-living world.
