BatchOutput PDF Fixes Duplex Printing Issues on HP Printers

By: Get News
Zevrix Solutions releases BatchOutput PDF 3.0.1, a maintenance update to company's PDF printing automation solution for macOS. The only tool for automatic PDF printing on the Apple market, the app processes PDF from watched hot folders while offering variable page slugs and other productivity-boosting options. The new version fixes duplex printing issues that occurred on some HP printers, addresses irregular update notifications, and resolves crashes on Japanese macOS versions.

Toronto, ON, Canada - July 27, 2023 - Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput PDF 3.0.1, a maintenance update to company's popular PDF printing automation tool. The only consumer-oriented product offering automated PDF printing on the Mac market, the software allows users to process PDF documents from watched hot folders folders. By eliminating the need for manual document opening and printing, users can save significant time and effort.

The new version fixes an issue where the duplex printing feature didn't work as expected on some HP printers such as HP Laser Jet 400 and some other. The Two-Sided menu in BatchOutput PDF is now populated with the correct duplex options which are executed as expected at print time.

"The cost is very low compared to the power this app has," says Mark Lenaerts of ZwartOpWit printing company in Herenthout, Belgium. "We produce thousands of prints every week and direct them to the right printers with the correct settings. BatchOutput PDF lets us make adjustments in one place for every workflow, which is easy and efficient."

BatchOutput PDF simplifies printing tasks by bypassing the print dialog, allowing users to continue their activities uninterrupted. The app operates in the background, enabling users to carry on with their work or take breaks while it automatically prints PDF files. For example, users leave BatchOutput PDF working overnight and retrieve the completed job the following morning.

Users can establish hot folders for different print configurations, add custom page slugs based on variable data, and choose printer trays based on document text, ultimately saving time and reducing the burden of repetitive printing tasks.

In addition to the single-user edition of the program, Zevrix also offers BatchOutput PDF Server that enables unlimited users to access it on a network.

Pricing and Availability:

BatchOutput PDF can be purchased from Zevrix website for US$24.95 (Server version $99.95), as well as from Mac App Store and authorized resellers. Licensed users of version 2 can upgrade for $12.50 (Server version: $50). Trial is also available for download. BatchOutput PDF 3 supports macOS 10.13-14.x (while version 2 offers support for earlier macOS versions).
