Donna has over 30 years of combined Zoho and Act! experience. She has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of CRM ranging from design, licensing sales, database implementation and setup, customization, integration and marketing strategies and automation, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting, with expertise in assisting mortgage and real estate professionals.
Donna was a task force leader at Cisco Systems for many years before becoming a CRM consultant and has also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business operations using CRM solutions. Among other achievements, Quisenberry has appeared as a keynote speaker at national mortgage events. She also has contributed to many professional trade publications and is featured in the Expert’s Corner of a national mortgage organization.
