William Kilduff, a founding partner and seasoned trial lawyer, has been named to both the Top 100 and Top 50: Richmond Super Lawyers lists this year. With more than 37 years of experience, Kilduff is known for securing numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death. Since joining the firm in 1979, he’s become a trusted name across Virginia, not only in the courtroom but also as a lecturer, mediator, and arbitrator.

“When I started, it was easier to stand out,” said Kilduff. “Now it’s a much more crowded field. If you want to compete with the larger firms in Richmond, you’ve got to keep raising the bar.”

Kilduff is joined by several colleagues who were also recognized among the best in their fields:

Super Lawyers selects attorneys through a process that includes peer nominations, research, and independent review by fellow lawyers. Fewer than 5% of Virginia attorneys make the list, and even fewer are chosen for Top 50 spots.
