FISHERS, INDIANA - June 26, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) (“Royalty Management” “RMCO”, or the “Company”), a forward leaning royalty company building shareholder value by acquiring and developing high value assets in a variety of resource-driven and emerging technology industries, is pleased to announce that the Company has regained full and complete compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market’s listing standards through the completion of its annual shareholder meeting, as further described in the Company’s Form 8-K that was filed on June 26, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With the annual shareholder meeting held on June 24, 2025, the Nasdaq has determined that the Company has complied with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5620 and the Nasdaq considers this matter now closed.
