Remaining conversion of notes payable to common stock at current share prices completes the full repayment of all Notes Payable of the Company

FISHERS, IN - September 8, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) (“Royalty Management” “RMCO”, or the “Company”), a forward leaning royalty company building shareholder value by acquiring and developing high value assets in a variety of resource-driven and emerging technology industries, is pleased to announce today that it has fully repaid or converted to equity the balance of the Company’s outstanding promissory notes, thereby eliminating all Company debts other than typical vendor debt and payables. The remaining notes, amounting to approximately $150,000, were converted to common stock of the Company in agreement with the note holders, at around the current market share price. This transaction further positions the Company for future strong growth by enabling RMCO to better utilize its cash flow from operations to invest in critical minerals, alternative currencies, other royalty opportunities, and other forms of shareholder value creation.
