Capital, Hiscox Insurance, Major League Soccer, PepsiCo, and Unilever. His proven track record in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across diverse industries positions him as the ideal leader to guide Swellaway, Ltd. through its next phase of expansion.

Russ also held executive positions at PepsiCo, and Unilever, where he was instrumental in building brands, enhancing customer experience, and delivering sustainable growth.
