- Phinge authorized hardware: Businesses can purchase Phinge patented, hardware to be assigned to their executives, managers and employees. This will allow the business to onboard them through the authorized Phinge verification hardware.
- Employees no-cost introduction through Netverse: Employees who are onboarded by businesses on Netverse and verified, can create personal accounts with a universal username. They will then have the same features and benefits of users who have purchased personal Phinge hardware.
- Employees whenever they leave their employment or are terminated will lose access to Netverse if they do not own their own personal Phinge hardware at that time, as their employee Phinge hardware will remain the property of their previous employer. They may choose to take all their data and content with them, or delete it entirely. They may also choose to have their account saved. By choosing "the save account option", Netverse will retain all their login credentials including their universal username, earned rewards, preferences, social media platforms, content, data etc.
- Reactivation of account on Netverse is simple: There are ways for previous Netverse users to rejoin Netverse. The previous user buys a personal Phinge authorized device and gets verified through it. The user gets a new job from a verified Netverse business, and is verified to that business and Netverse again through the new employers authorized Phinge hardware. They would now pick up exactly where they left off with Netverse.
- Rewards never stop being earned: While users will not have access to Netverse if they do not own or have access through Phinge hardware from a verified business on Netverse, their referral rewards will still accumulate from all Netverse users that sign up or have previously signed up and joined from their referrals. In addition, any posts, videos or content that the users had previously posted throughout Netverse will continue to earn them referral rewards if Netverse users purchase goods or services as a direct result of those posts, while they do not have access to Netverse.

This feature will allow for last-minute scheduling by providing managers with a centralized way to quickly edit schedules, move employees between roles or locations, and send instant messages to staff about urgent situations. These may be done manually or automatically in real-time.

- Centralized Dashboard: Managers will access their universal calendar through the comprehensive Dashboard, from their authorized Phinge hardware to manage employee schedules across one or more business locations.
- Easy schedule editing: The Dashboard interface will allow for quick adjustments, such as duplicating, deleting, editing, or moving shifts on the calendar manually or automatically.
- Employee mobility: Managers will have the ability to instantly move employees to different positions, roles, or even separate locations, which is useful for last-minute increased or decreased sales or covering unexpected absences or sudden scheduling gaps.
- Instant communication: The Dashboard will include a built-in messaging features that enable managers to send singular or group instant notifications and updates to employees about urgent schedule changes either manually or automatically. This will also be helpful in training situations.
- Proprietary ecosystem: Since the Netverse platform will be "app-less" and will only be accessible through authorized Phinge hardware, all communication and scheduling adjustments for last-minute changes will be handled securely within Netverse without relying on external apps or services that would be required through today's technology.
