The Coronado is a thoughtfully designed two-story house plan that celebrates easy indoor-outdoor living. With direct pool access from multiple rooms, this home offers resort-style comfort and convenience. The family room, owner’s bath, guest suite, and entry hall all open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless connection between the home’s interior and its outdoor retreat. Even the staircase from the upper-level bedrooms leads to a landing with triple sliding glass doors that open onto the patio, making poolside relaxation just steps away.
Upstairs, the balcony at the top of the stairs overlooks both the family room and pool, enhancing the home’s airy, open feel. Two secondary bedrooms share a well-designed bathroom divided by a pocket door, allowing two people to use it privately at once.
