Organization: Consumer Diligence, Nonprofit Watchdog

Consumer Diligence is asking the public to report any suspicious fundraising campaigns, donation pages, or payment requests that claim to raise money in connection with the killing of Charlie Kirk. Our investigators are tracking potential scams that misuse Kirk’s name, image, or family references to solicit money.

Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a public event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Authorities have arrested a suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

“Moments like this bring out the best in people, but they also attract bad actors,” said Dallas Ludlum, Senior Editor at Consumer Diligence. “If someone is using this tragedy to run a fake fundraiser, we want to find it fast and shut it down.”

What to Send
