In connection with the Listing, the Company will delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the close of business on Friday, November 21, 2025.

The Company also announces that it has entered into a consulting agreement (the “VP Agreement”) with Jordan Webster and appointed Mr. Webster as VP – Technical Communications. Mr. Webster previously provided investor relations services under an investor relations consulting agreement with the Company. Pursuant to the VP Agreement, Mr. Webster will provide investor relations support services to the Company on a month-to-month basis in consideration for C$8,333 per month. Mr. Webster currently owns 629,000 common shares, 100,625 warrants, and 325,000 stock options of the Company
