“Finding My Daddy” is a tale of a young girl's efforts to find her father after he has been called to active duty in the military for war. Trinity, who is a daddy's little girl, has experienced the sense of missing her dad while he has been away, and she cannot stop thinking about when she will next see her dad.

The devoted author Linda Cagle gave her audience a perspective of what it is like for a child to have a parent who serves in the military and is away from home for extended periods of time, particularly if their father is called up for active duty during a war. She describes how children wait and wonder when they will see and be able to hold their mother or father again.

Linda dedicated this book to her son Chad and all the other military personnel who had to leave their loved ones and regular lives behind in order to defend the country.
