At Freedom Capital Markets, Joe will play a key role in expanding the firm’s trading capabilities and strengthening client relationships across institutional markets.

Leadership in Banking

FCM has appointed James Ramp as the new Head of Investment Banking, who brings more than three decades of management experience and building new financial divisions. James’ career includes executive roles at Berenberg Capital Markets, Susquehanna International Group (SIG), Cowen and Rothschild Inc. He will oversee the continued growth of the firm’s capital markets and advisory platform, with a focus on IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions, growth financing, SPACs and strategic advisory. This leadership appointment reflects FCM’s commitment to expanding its presence in global investment banking and delivering client-first solutions.
