Satya Therapeutics Provides Business Update on Psilocybin Services

ASHLAND, OR / ACCESSWIRE / February 16, 2024 / Satya Therapeutics (the Company) is pleased to announce that it has conducted almost three hundred psilocybin administration sessions at its Ashland service center since opening in July 2023. The Company believes that it accounts for at least twenty percent of all client sessions to date in the entire State of Oregon, making Satya the leading Psilocybin Therapy Service Center.

Jennifer Met, co-founder and CEO commented, "We are very excited by the response we have had to date. Clients are coming to us from all over the world with serious mental health conditions and they are receiving significant benefits from our services. We believe Satya's low prices (and we do have the most affordable prices in the State), our exceptional facilitators, and our "upscale yet relaxed" service center all meet the needs of clients looking to better their lives. Clients can receive psilocybin services for $1,250 or less-and that's an amazing value. We even have several facilitators partnering with Satya to deliver ALL INCLUSIVE journeys at $499!"

The company has been providing-in conjunction with facilitators-ongoing discounts to meet social equity opportunities. The Company estimates that Satya and facilitators are providing additional discounts of around 15% to clients in-need. This includes Senior Citizens, Veterans, first responders, and people from disadvantaged communities. Jennifer Met also commented, "We believe Satya is providing more social equity discounts than most other service centers in the State as many other service centers are only offering 5% of their sales as discounts. Satya is committed to health and social equity."

Satya has received over twenty 5-star google reviews to date. Clients compliment Satya on how fast we respond to inquiries, our fully open schedule (no wait lists), and our willingness to accept the most challenging client circumstances. Clients enjoy our friendly environment-describing it almost feeling like family-because Satya is really just a ‘mom and pop' operation."

Almost all clients coming to Satya suffer from major mental health issues, including PTSD, treatment resistant depression, alcoholism and other addictions, bi-polar disorder, OCD, and end of life anxiety. Clients state they come to Satya for relief and they are getting the results that are looking for-in many cases entirely transforming their lives. Jennifer Met commented, "we have the most experienced facilitators in the State with several having seen over fifty clients since we opened. Our facilitators have become exceptionally versed at dealing with the host of medications clients are taking, and how to effectively plan psilocybin doses for positive outcomes. The results are astounding!"

As the result of strong ongoing bookings through March, the Company is ramping up its grow operation to meet demand. Satya is the only company in the State that not only runs a service center, but also has a psilocybin production license-allowing the company control over the product it offers for client consumption. Andreas Met, co-founder and COO, stated "We are seeing clients who require more psilocybin than we initially planned. The average client dose is over 40mg of psilocybin (between six and eight grams of dried mushrooms). As a result, we need to grow at least 350g of mushrooms a month. Other service centers are also taking advantage of our low wholesale prices. We sell product to other service centers at a 40% discount compared to even the lowest price competitor--$15 per gram, or $1.50 per mg of psilocybin. So we are growing an additional buffer stock in the event more service centers decide to buy from Satya."

On January 20th the Company applied for it's manufacturing license renewal. This process is expected to take up to sixty days. Andreas Met commented, "Satya has a distinct pricing model from any other service center in the State as we grow our own mushrooms. We offer these same mushrooms to other service centers at a price that will allow a 35mg dose to be sold to their clients at $100. It is unfortunate that clients have to pay up to $500 for the same amount of psilocybin at other service centers in Oregon because it really excludes a large amount of clients in-need. We remain committed to making psilocybin services accessible to people from all walks of life."

As part of the Manufacturing operations licensing renewal process the Company has applied for an extraction endorsement. The company believes there is an emerging market for extracts and edibles to offer clients an additional consumption option other than capsules, tea, or whole mushrooms. Satya believes choice is always an important aspect to customer satisfaction.

Satya is considering expansion opportunities now that business is stabilizing. Jennifer Met commented, "the future looks incredibly bright to us. We've transitioned out of the start-up mode. We're considering possible expansion into Arizona (we were just featured in the news there) and possibly Missouri, and maybe Colorado. It's an exciting time to consider where the next amazing steps might take place. All-in-all its thrilling to be a leader in a business devoted to helping clients heal their lives. We're all so lucky to be a part of this while honoring those cultures and traditions that allow us to be here today."
