Interact customers, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics and Voyage Care, were recently recognized in the Best Intranet category of Communicate Magazine’s Internal Communications and Engagement Awards.
The awards announcement, which took place on July 6 in London, celebrated both organizations for their work in implementing intranet software in creative and engaging ways. 2022 saw a record number of impressive entries, with a host of well-known brands praised by Communicate Magazine’s panel of internal comms experts.
Named in the Best Intranet 2022 category, Overlake and Voyage Care received were singled out for the work they have done in developing, managing, and implementing an internal communications platform capable of meeting the unique challenges of fast-paced organizations with dispersed workforces.
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics was named as one of 2022’s Best Intranets following the launch of the new Interact-powered platform, MyOverlake. Overlake’s new company intranet has helped it to drive forward its employee experience by providing all employees with fast access to the information they need to do their jobs. Through single sign-on access, advanced search functionality, and more ways to communicate with staff, the hospital can connect with workers in a range of healthcare settings.
The social care provider, Voyage Care, also impressed the Communicate Magazine judges with its critical intranet, Hive. The use of UX-friendly design elements, including an advent calendar-styled comms campaign, supports frontline and office staff to stay connected with the wider organization through multiple communication channels.
