New group mentorship combines therapeutic experience, spiritual psychology, and structured guidance for people navigating a dark night of the soul.
-- LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 13, 2026 - Jeroen de Wit, MA in Spiritual Psychology, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) Level 3 Practitioner, has announced the launch of the Dark Night Integration Method, a 10-week group mentorship program designed for people experiencing what is commonly described as a dark night of the soul or a period of identity collapse.
Drawing on more than two decades of professional experience, over 3,500 individual client sessions, and more than 10,000 hours of study and practice, de Wit created the program after seeing a recurring pattern among clients who felt they had exhausted traditional approaches yet still struggled to make sense of profound internal change.
"A dark night of the soul is different from anxiety, depression, or burnout," said de Wit. "Many people are not broken. They're outgrowing an identity that no longer fits. That experience needs structure, understanding, and support."
The Dark Night Integration Method is organized into five progressive phases. Participants begin by understanding what is happening beneath the surface of their experience before learning practical tools to regain stability in daily life. The program then guides participants through emotional processing, rebuilding self-trust, and developing greater confidence in recognizing the internal signals that shape future decisions.
The program includes weekly live group mentoring sessions with de Wit, one private one-on-one session, fifteen guided workbooks, and lifetime access to all session recordings. Enrollment for the inaugural cohort is limited to ten participants to encourage meaningful discussion and individualized support. If the first group reaches capacity, the next enrollment period will open approximately three months later.
De Wit holds a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology and has spent more than twenty years studying therapeutic, somatic, regression, and energy-based approaches to healing. He developed the Dark Night Integration Method after recognizing that many people moving through deep personal transformation lacked a structured framework that addressed the experience directly.
