- 2 peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 ham steaks, cut in halves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine diced peaches, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and olive oil to make the salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and set the salsa aside.
- Heat the GoodCook ProEase 12″ Fry Pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add butter and ham steaks. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove ham from pan and serve topped with salsa.
