THE FAMILY SAYS A GLITCH IN THE RAW SECURITY VIDEO CUTS. WHAT HAPPENED IN BETWEEN. HE WAS JUST MADE LIKE THIS. AND THE BULLET WAS LIKE RIGHT OVER HERE. WAIT THERE. AMANDA WAS JUST GREAT HERE. LISBETH MAIGRET DAY HEARD A GUNSHOT AND THEN SAW HER 5 YEAR-OLD HUSKY MAXEY ON THE GRASS. I JUST REMEMBER RUNNING UP TO HIM, HUGGING HIM LIKE I CRIED. IT WAS JUST SO BY RALEIGH. POLICE SAY THEY WENT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A STOLEN CAR INVESTIGATION. THEY SAY AN AGGRESSIVE DOG CHARGED AT THE OFFICER. THEN THE OFFICER SHOT AND KILLED HIM. HE WAS JUST JUST A NICE THOUGHT. WE THOUGHT COULD NEVER HURT ANYBODY. FAMILY SAYS THEY TRAINED THE DOG TO PLAY IN THE YARD. OFF-LEASH. IT'S A HEAVY CHRISTMAS FOR THIS FAMILY. THEY WANT TO KNOW WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED THE EVENING BEFORE. WHY DID HE JUST HEY, SIR? >> PEPPER SPRAYED WHAT HE HAD TO SHOW HIM RIGHT IN THE HEAD.
