THEY SAY THE DRIVER BLEW PAST A STOP SIGN. THEY WERE GOING WEST ON JACK ROAD GOING ABOUT 30 MILES PER HOUR OVER THE SPEED LIMIT WHEN SHE HIT THAT PITCH AND THEN THAT TREE TROOPERS ALSO SAY THEY DON'T BELIEVE DRINKING WAS A FACTOR HERE.
