A newly surfaced court document and video footage show that the driver in the crash that killed three Fayetteville teenagers was going twice the posted speed limit before the wreck. Despite that, the sister who was traveling behind her at the time told a detective the two weren't racing each other.

THAT'S ONE NEW ELEMENT REVEALED IN THE AFFIDAVIT, DESTINY'S DAN WRIGHT WAS IN COURT EARLIER THIS WEEK CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE OFFENSES RELATED TO SPEEDING AND RACING. THE NEW DOCUMENTS SHOW THE CHARGES CAME AFTER POLICE LOOKED AT VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ALONG ROSE HILL ROAD KENWRIGHT SAYS HER SISTER DIAMOND MONROE PAST HER ON ROSEHILL ROAD AND THEN SAW THE CAR GO OFF THE ROAD AND CRASHED INTO A TREE AFTER SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE PASSENGER SIDE TIRE. THE PAPERWORK SAYS KEN WRIGHT PULLED OVER AND CALLED 9-1-1 TELLING THE DISPATCHERS THE 2 LEFT EAST SMITH WITH 3 FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND THEY WERE HEADED TO HER BROTHERS BIRTHDAY PARTY.
