THE MAN ACCUSED IN A STRING A PELLET GUN SHOOTINGS IN HOLLY SPRINGS 4 YEARS AGO, ATWATER WAS HELD IN JAIL FOR NEARLY 3 YEARS WHILE HE COULD NOT MAKE A MILLION DOLLAR BOND. AND JUST LAST YEAR, HIS CASE ENDED IN A MISTRIAL. HE'S NOW WAITING TO SEE HOW THIS JURY HANDLES HIS CASE. WRAL. SEAN GALLAGHER IS IN THE COURTROOM ON VERDICT WATCH.
