HOWEVER, SOURCES CLOSE TO THIS INVESTIGATION TOLD GILBERT THAT ONE GERBER WITH SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE MALL AND HE WOULD SIGN IN ON HIS TIME CARD. BUT HE WASN'T ACTUALLY THERE. SO DURING THE PRESS CONFERENCE TODAY, POLICE CHIEF KIM BRAIDING, HE DIDN'T ELABORATE ON THAT 12 CHARGES OF OBTAINING PROPERTY BY FALSE PRETENSES.
