After a chase of about 45 minutes that reached speeds of up to 120 mph, North Carolina Highway Patrol took a driver into custody along Interstate 95 south.

YOU SEE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR SCREEN AFTER A HIGH-SPEED CHASE ON I-95 SOUTH THROUGH JOHNSTON COUNTY, THIS VEHICLE WAS HEADING TOWARDS DONE AS YOU'RE SEEING RIGHT NOW. A MAN IS UNDER ARREST BEING ESCORTED TO A POLICE VEHICLE. &gt;&gt; WELL, THE WOMAN IS ALSO BEING ARRESTED. THIS VEHICLE IN QUESTION, THE ONE THAT THIS PERSON WAS DRIVING WAS GOING UPWARDS OF 125 MILES PER HOUR ON. I-95 HEADING TOWARDS DONE ALL. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RAMMING INTO SOME VEHICLES ALONG THE ROADWAY. FINALLY, THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP BECAUSE ONE OF THE TIRES BLEW OUT. THE DRIVER THEN WENT OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. WE HAVE WE HAVE VIDEO OF THE CHASE AS IT HAPPENS. WE BEGIN TO GET THAT INTO THE SYSTEM. WE'RE GOING TO CONTINUE. &gt;&gt; TO SHOW YOU THESE THESE LIVE IMAGES HERE. THE PERSON IN THE RED SHIRT THERE WITH THE WITH HANDCUFFS ON AT THIS POINT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN THE DRIVER OF THAT VEHICLE AFTER THE VEHICLE WENT TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, THERE WAS ANOTHER MAN WHO APPROACHED IT BEFORE THE SUSPECT OR THE DRIVER WAS ON THE GROUND AS POLICE WERE DRAWING GUNS. IT WAS MOMENTS AFTER THAT THAT IT WAS ALSO REVEALED THE SECOND PERSON, AT LEAST ONE OTHER PERSON WAS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. WE SAW HEARD APPEARS TO BE A WOMAN STEP OUT OF THE PASSENGER SIDE AS THIS MAN IS NOW BEING PUT PUT INTO THE POLICE SQUAD CAR TO SKY 5 HAS BEEN FOLLOWING THIS POLICE CHASE FOR SOME TIME. &gt;&gt; WE'VE ACTUALLY BROUGHT YOU IMAGES FROM THIS SINCE ABOUT 12, 30, A THROUGH THE WRAL LIVE CENTER LIVE ON WRAL NEWS AT NOON. THEN MET UP WITH THE DRIVER AND PUT HIM UNDER ARREST AGAIN AS WE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS SCENE ALONG I-95 SOUTH IN JOHNSTON COUNTY, ANDREW TATTOO DONE. &gt;&gt; YOU CAN SEE THE THE AREA OF ROAD THAT HAS BEEN BLOCKED OFF. IT APPEARS THERE IS STILL TRAFFIC MOVING IN THAT AREA. SEVERAL STATE TROOPERS VEHICLES AND IT LOOKS LIKE SOME OTHER VEHICLES THAT APPEAR TO BE UNMARKED AS WELL OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. NOT SURE IF THOSE ARE VEHICLES THAT STOPPED AFTER POLICE BLOCKED THE ROAD. THERE APPEARS TO BE SO BUT STATE TROOPERS NOW LOOKING THROUGH THIS VEHICLE. IF YOURS, 2 PEOPLE ARE IN CUSTODY AFTER THIS. THIS HIGH-SPEED PURSUIT THAT AT TIMES ACTUALLY BECAME EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVER OF BUMPING UP AGAINST OTHER VEHICLES GOING VERY FAST ON THE INTERSTATE, 125 MILES PER HOUR.
