When he isn't in the classroom or his workshop, he sponsors his school's Animal Wellness Club, supporting local shelters impacted by the Los Angeles fires. A devoted family man married for thirty-seven years, Tom finds inspiration in his large family and his weekly Magic: The Gathering sessions with his son and friends.
