Klaviyo’s K:BOS Returns to Boston Sept. 25-26: Bread Loaf’s Mark Milutin to Attend, Cover Highlights, and Host Invite-Only Dinner
Klaviyo's 2025 K:BOS brings the TOP Retention Marketers from around the world to Boston.
Hynes Convention Center to welcome leading DTC brands, with featured speakers from Liquid Death, Princess Polly, Daphne, AWAY, and Klaviyo.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA - September 22, 2025 - Bread Loaf, a top Klaviyo agency partner and the team behind Retention Labs, announces its participation in Klaviyo’s K:BOS, the company’s flagship conference taking place September 25–26, 2025 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. The two-day event will convene consumer brands, partners, and practitioners for keynotes, hands-on sessions, and a first look at Klaviyo’s product roadmap.

This year’s featured speakers include Mike Cessario (Founder & CEO, Liquid Death), Paige DeSorbo (Founder & Co-Host, Daphne & Giggly Squad), Hilary Castleman (Head of CRM, Princess Polly), Andrew Bialecki (Co-Founder & CEO, Klaviyo), and Valeria Dediu (VP of Growth Marketing & Ecommerce, Away)—alongside a deep bench of brand and platform leaders across retail, beauty, apparel, CPG, and beyond.

A long-awaited return for the eCommerce community

K:BOS is back after a multi-year hiatus following its 2019 edition, answering what many in the eCommerce community have been asking Klaviyo for: a large-scale Boston gathering centered on customer-first growth, data, and lifecycle marketing. The 2025 program brings road-map reveals, zero-party data workshops, and networking among operators, agency leaders, and technology partners.

Klaviyo has also announced that it will host an Investor Day on Thursday, September 25 in conjunction with K:BOS, offering a deeper look at strategy and platform innovation.

Bread Loaf on the ground in Boston

Mark Milutin, Founder & CEO of Bread Loaf and host of The Brand Building Podcast, will attend K:BOS to connect with brand operators, tech partners, and fellow Klaviyo practitioners—and to cover the biggest takeaways for retention marketers in the Shopify ecosystem.

“I have been waiting to attend K:BOS for over 8 years now and I can’t wait to participate in this year’s event in Boston,” said Mark Milutin, Founder & CEO of Bread Loaf. “Bread Loaf is considered one of the top Klaviyo agency partners in the world—it’s our favorite CRM platform and the only tool we recommend to Direct-to-Consumer brands in the Shopify ecosystem.”

In addition to on-site coverage, Bread Loaf will host an invite-only dinner on Thursday, September 25 for select brands, agencies, and technology partners.
