The list celebrates high-achieving women in the pipeline to the C-suite. Women 40 years of age or younger are eligible for nomination, and each honoree is selected based on her accomplishments and influence within the industry.

“We’re incredibly proud of Brittany and pleased to see her recognized nationally by American Banker for her achievements,” said Will Sowell, Divisional President of Banking as a Service at Pathward. “She has worked in a variety of roles during her time at Pathward, and her experience coupled with her leadership and work ethic have prepared her for her current role and creative solutioning wherein she led Pathward’s successful launch of our new product suite of offerings for financial institutions. I expect we will continue to see Brittany do remarkable things in the future.”

Kelley joined Pathward 16 years ago as a Customer Service Representative. Her commitment to self-improvement and professional growth has been a driving force behind her success at Pathward. Demonstrating a deep alignment with Pathward's financial inclusion mission, she consistently has embraced diverse roles within the company, displaying both adaptability and a positive attitude throughout her tenure. “I’m honored to be recognized,” said Kelley. “Mentors have played a significant role in my career, offering invaluable guidance as I navigated new roles and responsibilities. Embracing flexibility and adaptability has been essential, as well. Being open to taking on roles and projects outside my usual scope has broadened my experience and showcased my versatility. I'm deeply grateful for the support I've received and look forward to continuing to mentor others on their own paths to success.”
