Ooma today announced the company’s Ooma Office phone service has won PCMag’s prestigious Business Choice Award for VoIP Service. Ooma’s Overall Satisfaction score of 9.0 in PCMag's survey of readers is a half-point ahead of the second-place finisher and 0.9 points ahead of the average for all providers.

In 2025, for the first time, PCMag’s Business Choice award included VoIP Services for Home Offices.
