The Emily Program Elevates the Conversation on Eating Disorders Through Educational Webinar Series

Expert-led live sessions to run during Eating Disorders Awareness Week

The Emily Program, a national leader in eating disorder specialty care and behavioral health services, today announced its 2026 Learn with Emily webinar series. Designed for advocates, caregivers, and clinicians, the free, expert-led series explores insights on eating disorder care and recovery. Kicking off during Eating Disorders Awareness Week, Learn with Emily underscores why informed conversation and engaged communities matter now more than ever.

“During a time when global attention is focused on eating disorders, education is a critical first step towards life-changing care,” said Dr. Jillian Lampert, Vice President of Strategy and Public Affairs at The Emily Program. “Learn with Emily brings together expert voices to deepen understanding and allow participants to gain actionable knowledge that can make a meaningful difference for recovery and support.”

Learn with Emily speakers include experts from The Emily Program including Vice President of Strategy and Public Affairs Jillian Lampert, Regional Medical Director Mary Bretzman, Vice President of Clinical Services and EDI Sydney Brodeur-Johnson, Recovery Support Services Director/Dietetic Internship Director Kirsten Nelson, and Senior Director of Nutrition and Culinary Services Shena Washburn.

Participants will gain the opportunity to engage with experts and a community committed to improving eating disorder recovery outcomes, clear knowledge on evidence-based strategies to enhance care, and specialized training to strengthen skills in screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
