Billboard-charting artist Juliet Lyons and award-winning film composer Chris Wirsig unveil a bold new take on George Michael’s timeless classic, Careless Whisper, reimagined with a dramatic, cinematic flair. Their new single, a “trailerized” cover of the beloved hit, brings the question: What if George Michael had sung for a Marvel movie?
Larger than life and, as Wirsig describes, “dramatic as hell,” this powerful rendition transforms Careless Whisper into an epic experience. The track starts with a dark and moody atmosphere, gradually building to an emotionally charged, climactic finale. Juliet Lyons’ haunting and powerful vocals leave a lasting impact, echoing the song’s emotional plea: “please stay…”
“George’s voice and this song in particular have always been among my favorites – it was an absolute dream to record this trailerized tribute with Chris,” says Lyons.
