With more than 30 years in the profession, Jones is a servant leader and has held numerous leadership roles. As a longtime Travelers employee, he currently serves as Regional President for the Metro NY & NJ Region, working closely with the area's independent agents. He is responsible for the overall strategic and financial management of agencies and for supporting business units in driving profitable growth, including expansion of products by line and development of new production sources for the Metro Region. He also assists with strategic initiatives that help improve the ease of doing business for Travelers distributors. In addition, Jones is an influential leader in advancing the industry's diversity efforts and community initiatives.
